NextOps Consulting was founded by two industry practitioners who spent decades inside manufacturing businesses — leading operations, running plants, building supply chains, launching products, and managing transformations — before deciding to bring that experience directly to other companies.
We are not generalists who parachute in with frameworks. We are sector specialists who have worked in the environments we consult in. We know what a shop floor looks like at 2am during a production crisis. We know what it takes to qualify a greenfield plant for a demanding OEM customer.
