Define Scope & Project Charter

Pre-Study & Data Collection

On-Site Assessment & Interviews

Gemba walks at multiple shifts. Structured interviews with operators, supervisors, engineers, and managers. Process observation — how work is actually done, not how it is supposed to be done. Root cause analysis using 5-Why and fishbone methodology.

Solution Design & Roadmap

Prioritised recommendations each with a quantified business case. An implementation roadmap sequenced by impact, feasibility, and resource availability. Quick wins alongside structural improvements. Formal gate review with leadership — no execution without sign-off.

Execution with Gate Reviews

NextOps Consulting was founded by two industry practitioners who spent decades inside manufacturing businesses — leading operations, running plants, building supply chains, launching products, and managing transformations — before deciding to bring that experience directly to other companies.

We are not generalists who parachute in with frameworks. We are sector specialists who have worked in the environments we consult in. We know what a shop floor looks like at 2am during a production crisis. We know what it takes to qualify a greenfield plant for a demanding OEM customer.

Why we built NextOps

Indian manufacturing is at an inflection point. The opportunity — from auto, engineering, PLI schemes, and China+1 sourcing — is enormous. But the capability gap between where many manufacturers are and where they need to be to compete globally is equally large.

Most large consulting firms are too expensive for the mid-market. Most boutique firms lack the breadth to take a transformation from strategy through execution. NextOps fills that gap — senior expertise, full-spectrum capability, and a delivery model that works for ₹50–500 Cr manufacturers.
